The Australian property industry believes that residential real estate is the best sector for investment in 2007. A survey by Ashe Morgan Winthrop found that 53.7 per cent of the 889 respondents advised investing in residential property, a rise of 9.2 per cent. This is the highest level in the 11 years of the survey. Australian developer, Mirvac, also forecasts a recovery of the residential sector during 2007.
